Encounter topics are sorted alphabetically. But I want it sorted my way

Encounter topics are sorted alphabetically. But I want it sorted my way like i have arranged in the drop down.
I want Vitals to always stay on top. Then other things like SOAP etc.

How can i do it pl.

Hi Robert James,
Go to admin->forms->forms Administration->change vitals form priority 0 other form priority 1.
You can see vitals forms always sty on the top.

That part is ok, but when u see the vitals n save, n then use clinical notes then the recorded vitals get sorted lowest as Vitals starts with V.

If you Want to vitals always top on the category. You can change priority as 0 other forms priority 1,2,3…

When we enter in vitals and save it, the findings saved by me under vitals remain alphabetically last on the page as it starts with V for vitals. If i enter SOAP data that stays over Vitals.

I want vitals dats to stay on top, and we should be able to decide SOAP comes first or second or last.

In the drop down i get it we can change the priority and bring different options up n down in the drop down.
