If we have a drop down showing to select Prescried medicines and another int he same drop down as Dispensed medicines, with Prescribed medicines as default, it would be more meaningful, because the patient might have been prescribed more medicines than showing in the dispensed emdiciens.
the in house pharmacy might not have some prescribed medicines durign that encounter, but the pt might have purchased them online or from another pharmacy.
or if in the same table we can just have another column showing dispensed or not.
Or better if we can have a replica of the prescribed medicines visible on the encounter page with a column showing dispensed( or just a small button showing dispensed), and also another column showing the encounter no when it was prescribed, as some medicines will continue for a very very long time, so the physician will just continue the same medicines .
