Encounter Form In Patient Portal Cannot Save Signature

Hello @sjpadgett,

I followed your tutorial in the SDOH form to create a template for the Patient Portal. I included a Patient Signature as part of them form. The signature shows on the form when signed but does not save when the “Submit Document” button is clicked.

In the Portal Audit, all the fields are populated except the signature field.
It looks like the Signature is not being saved in the database. Please how can i get the signature to save and populate in the review?

This fix will address a separate issue which i have also encountered.
