Encounter E-sign Issue error - The data integrity test failed for this form

Hi, I have found this error, apparently it comes from a long time ago but I realized it recently. It does with most patients but not always. I upload two images of two different patients signed on the same day, one with the error and the other without an error. It’s bad ? it can be fixed ?

hi @mlobo4370 this was “fixed” in v7. It turns out there’s a design flaw in the e-sign mechanism that’s exposed when we added fields to the form_encounter table :crying_cat_face:
