I need some help into the OpenEMR product for the South African industry. I have a lot of questions from Product features, Medical Standards, Security to Integration, etc. Who can help me.

The Southern Africa support contact TajEmo Support is not responsive.

I would recommend going to https://chat.open-emr.org to ask your initial questions Jithen, and then posting follow up questions here on the forum for more specific issues.

Also I am happy to answer any security questions you have (my area of familiarity with OpenEMR).
