Hi @Greg_Zancewicz , I am unable to confirm this behavior on most recent codebase or on the 5.0.0 demo at: http://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/OpenEMR_Demo Am able to save new patient and edit prior patient demographics without entering in any insurance info. Using Firefox from linux and openemr is served on linux. -brady
