I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) having difficulty creating multiple accounts with different permission levels in the system. While I can create an Administrator account with full permissions without issue, I can’t seem to set up the other roles with the appropriate access levels.
Specifically, I need the following roles, each with different permissions:
- Physician (more access than Clinician)
- Clinician (less access than Physician)
- Accountant (limited financial access)
- Front Desk Receptionist (access to scheduling and patient info)
Ideally, I’d like to replicate the demo account setup, which includes these roles, and also have the option to add new accounts with varying permissions as needed.
Can anyone assist me with this?
