Hi,

I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) looking for documentation on the Audit feature in OpenEMR. I found a thread from 2024 discussing the Audit functionality, but there doesn’t seem to be any updated documentation available.

Can anyone provide more recent information or detailed documentation about how the Audit feature works, including the events and categories it tracks? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello @Mandar_Sahasrabuddhe The forum is only one of the resources of information on OpenEMR. The source code repository and the wiki are also good places to look for info. I have been poking around the OpenEMR wiki for several years and have not seen any helpful user documentation of the logs feature.
