How are SOAP forms printed with an electronic signature?
We need to submit physician notes to insurance companies for reimbursement. Our old system would print the Provider’s name (i.e. John Smith M.D.) and the words “Electronic Signature” at the bottom of the SOAP.

We would then print them to fax for electronic submission and avoid having to print each SOAP and have it signed manually by the provider. I noticed that OpenEMR leaves a blank line to be signed manually. If our providers need to print each SOAP and sign them manually, this could turn into a lot of extra "busy work."
