Edit Reminder screen from Summary

What can I do to get rid of the following error message en Reminder screen activated from Pt Summary screen:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/pimmiq/public_html/pwb/DrB108/library/reminders.php on line 132
No active patient reminders.

Any Advise?

I do mean in the Patient Reminder screen on the left side of the page, and not in the menu.

Is this showing up on your screen or in the php error log?
