Does any knows where I could edit the Search or Add Patient Page. I want to remove the State drop down and Postal code. Thank you.
hi jun - the items in this form can be edited as follows: it’s the so called ‘demographics’ form. Use the menu ‘admin’ then → forms → layouts, then select ‘demographics’ - scroll down to the contact section, and then to the fields you’d like to remove - mark them as ‘unused’ - this is in the ‘UOR’ column. finally click ‘save changes’ and they should disapear from the search or add patient form.
