I already know about e-sign but is there any other methods for this?
Like in ACL?
We might want as well to edit the encounter before signing and locking it.
As far as I am concerned the creator of the encounter cannot edit once it is signed and locked
I am also interested in preventing others other than the users who generate a Soap, which was left unsigned, from entering and editing it.
I have realized that if a user (different from the one who made the Soap) enters and edits an unsigned Soap, apart from being able to do so, there is no record of who made the edition, on the contrary it appears as if the Soap generator itself I would have done it.
The above could be solved if the option to edit the Soap could be hidden or if the e-sign could become mandatory to be able to save the Soap, but I don’t know how to do it.
since sometimes there are users who forget to sign, when saving the Soap
