Early termination of edi and standard files

Does anyone know why our edi and standard files are stopping just after the Insurance address?  When we generate the same encounter as HCFA everything is fine.  Below is a copy of the tail end our edi file.

It appears that something in the new release of SQL Ledger causes the problem.  We have not had time to find the exact cause of the problem in SQL Ledger.  When we go back to version 2.6.22 everything works fine.
