E-Sign Point In Time Name & Credentials

Hello Community,

I’ve read the posts for 2011 and 2018 where others were asking about a point in time signature that captures either the written signature or the e-signature including a provider’s credentials. Was there ever a solution for this requirement?

As one person mentioned, it is critical to capture the current certification/licensure of a provider at the time of the e-signature.

Have you searched the forum for more recent posts on that topic?

Looks like several posts have been made since 2018 though you might need to use different terminology in the search term since most results are ‘…at some point in time…’
