Does Open EMR have a patient discharge form or functionality?

How can I get discharge information for patient encounters or does Open EMR not support that or does it use another name for this?

I’m looking for a summary of the visit with what was done to the patient if that makes sense, looking at the API I don’t think the encounters provide this info and I don’t see anywhere else in the app to see what my client is looking for.

Basically, I’m looking for a summary of the encounter.

hi @benmarte, that’d be nice to add to the api, the old school way is the patient report from the dashboard
