Situation
Good morning! We have a problem that I haven’t found an explanation for on here yet. I’m trying to create a Patient Document Template - a specialized form some employers require us to fill out. On this forum there’s a detailed description of the process, and there’s also a sample Template - the famous “woc.odt.” So using this I’m able to make a Template that imports a lot of info. {PatientName}, {Address}, etc. all work fine. Importing from Demographics is also fine, using the {DEM:fieldid}. But I can’t get it to import info from the LBF I created. This is very important, as this is the most critical information required for the Template.
The instructions say to use “{LBFxxx:fieldid} - data from the specified field of a LBF (LBV) instance, from list in ‘Administration/ Layouts’“ The Layout IDs of the LBFs that I need to pull from are “LBF_Intake” and “LBF_MingsEyeExam.” Screenshot below. The Layout ID can’t be changed as far as I can tell so we’re stuck with those. For the fieldid there are a few I want to import, but let’s pretend we’re using “eyechart.” I have tried every combination I can think of - {LBFIntake:eyechart}, {LBFLBF_Intake:eyechart}, {Intake:eyechart} and none of them work. Please advise what format I need to use in order to get these LBFs to push field information to my Template?
