I’m testing direct messaging. I can see messages in the Direct Message Log that I sent, but they are not appearing in the Pending Approval list.
Any suggestions on where or what top look at to see why?
When you receive message, designated user will assign it to a user and attachments will follow the 1st step of ‘import’ of CCR/CCD through patient documents. That will make the document (not message) appear for import approval.
