Can any one please let me know what all difference B/W Continuity of Care Document (CCD) vs Clinical Summary of Care document (CCD)?

The 2 reports represent similar efforts to meet the same need for transferring pt treatment data between systems.
The CCD meets MU1 requirements, and generates a document containing one patient’s information to be sent to the other party.
Generally it’s output as a printed document or a pdf which is physically transferred to the recipient.
You can get an idea of the data included by going to one of the OpenEMR public demos that have demo data and generating one. Open a pt record, click ‘Reports’ (oval in 1st pic) which reveals the CCR/ CCD reporting interfaces (arrow).
The C-CDA is an evolved version of the CCD which satisfies the requirements of MU2.
It contains more extensive data and allows packaging multiple patients’ data in one report to be exchanged electronically between compatible systems, particularly, HIE’s (Health Information Exchanges). It can also be downloaded in different formats.
As handled by OpenEMR, it’s a module that needs to be installed, which will then be found in the main menu item ‘Modules’.

can any one help me rest api for Continuity of Care Document (CCD) in fhir resource???
And can we have fhir resource rest Api for Appointment. I m trying to do apis/default/fhir/Appointment . its getting error 401 Unauthorized.
