Situation
Dicom viewer write: A load error has ocurred. See log for details. After the dicom file loads.
Could you help me with any suggestions to correct?

This is a load error of the dicom image and is a javascript error. There is no log.
This error can occur if the uploaded image is not of the correct format.

There is nothing to load. Our viewer is not accepting the dicom file you are uploading.
