Hi,
Is it possible to generate reports/ statistics based on the diagnosis or diseases that exist in my EMR? for example if I want to know how many patients have Asthma for example.

Hi @stephenwaite and thank you for the answer.
However, I have tried Reports–>Clients–>Clinical but that won’t create any statistics, it will allow me to search or list patient with specific medical problem or drug. etc
I was wondering if there is a way to get a report with automatic calculation, for example in June 2017 we have 4.34% encountered patients who has asthma!

In my opinion, this should be something basic in any EMR

There’s a rule engine, where you can add diagnosis codes for alerts and also for reports:

But still, is there a way to extract the patients records as an excel sheet for example (from even phpMyAdmin maybe)??

You’d have to dig into the cdr engine code to get pt info since this method of reporting is only statistical.
