I did a search on translating openemr to German and the returns were not especially helpful, mostly because of the small number of responses. This looks like one of those searches that will depend on what the specific terms are to give satisfactory results. You might want to search the forum yourself:
Again, it sounds like if your team can publish some work on your project you would be making a v significant contribution to OpenEMR.
