Hello. As you know, I’m from Argentina. I found this PDF published here: https://docs.hmsadental.com/files/HMSA-STANDARD-CDT-PPO.pdf. My question is whether it’s legal in the USA to put these codes in a table and use it for a dental form.

It looks like if you need to use the CDT inside a software you will need a license: Licensing for Commercial Users | American Dental Association
