Default second tab in 7.0.2

No default tab after login on OpenEMR 7.0.2 (upgrade from 7.0.2)

Situation After login no tab is shown and I have to click Finder to have the patient finder show. Also the setting “Main Top Pane Screen” in Admin>Config>Appearance is missing. OpenEMR Version OpenEMR 7.0.2 Browser: I’m using: Firefox 119 Operating System I’m using: Windows 11 64-bit
