Default encounter form

I forgot how to set which form to be the default for when a new encounter is created.

I tried this as well and have not had success. Is there something I’m missing. I took the form ID from the lbf list entry that I added to create the form. Is there a different ID that I should be looking for?

This looks like it was a “custom feature” that only works for the “football_injury_audit” form.
