How to remove copay from appearing in payment process,
in indian setup we dont need that n copay is chosen by default.
extra no of clicks are required to make a cash/gpay payment.
where is the option to make cash or gpay as default payment method?

I have already done this for me because I face problem that always it checks insurance, so that I remove insurance from the backend
