Customize to have many doctors with group of patients

Hi,

I’m going to test OEMR with a small laboratory, I need to have the laboratory register of patients results for samples send, and each patient belongs to a Doctor how send the sample to analyze. It’s possible to do with OEMR ? And have the others option of OEMR like invoices, results access online to Doctors, reports, etc. with this structure. Or is necessary to do many customization?
I’m newbie with OEMR, and I see a lot of option but I can’t see how to do this.

OK, I saw the information, but I can’t understand yet how to do use “Groups of patients” that below to a Doctor o Clinic, and make invoice to them the doctoras and not the patients.
