Customize prescription

Hi
I would like modify prescription template of open-emr so that

  • I can print more than 7 drugs
  • All 7 drugs are to be accommodated on A4 page
  • I want to remove default lines between the drugs so printed. eg at present I get
    Drug XYZ 10 mg once daily

Drug abc 10 mg twice daily

If someone has a ready template for this, I would be grateful if he/she shares it with me. Else I will appreciate any help in modifying default template

1.Tab ABC 20 mg once daily for 5 days
Remark- take before meals
2. Tab cde 10 mg once daily x 1mon
Remark - Take it after you are asleep

So on.
