We had some of our assessment/intak form custom coded as opposed to creating them in LBF. We are wanting the form to include the ICD-10 diagnosis and wanted to somehow auto populate the form using the ICD-10 list that is already in OpenEMR.
Wanted to see if anyone had an recommendations on how to best do this?
