Is there a way to get details behind the numerator & denominator numbers used in MU reports?
Here is a advisory provided by CMS. While it looks like they want summary numbers to be retained for audit (which OpenEMR does), with CMS one cannot be too careful in reviewing the data that a physician is signing off on.
