Cpanel and 404 page

I install the OpenEMR on a cpanel. I get the 404 page. I notice that the images in sites/default/images are not appearing.

What is the problem? I uninstall it and install it again but the problem is still there.

Have you tried Linux Mint LMDE 201403 + openemr_4.1.2-2_all.deb?
