I am configuring openemr source code on my system. everything is going ok, and each step is success, but when I login the layout of my landing page not showing properly. style_light.css file is missing.

I cannot tell from your post what you are trying to do with OpenEMR.
Do you want to install OpenEMR source code to create an instance on your local PC?
Do you want to create a development environment so you can modify the source code?
Or are you doing something else?
