Is there way to synchronize patient record with Pharmacy or a certain national database to always have an updated patient medication list (current prescriptions, dosages, prescribers, etc) for all medications from all providers, within and outside of the clinic, before a new encounter?

Or Medication list needs to be improved and updated to mimic prescribed rx’s having the details for the medication. This list is essentially a drug history.
In previous patch I did start creating med list updates in ccda imports, baby steps.
Too me this is an important part of the medical record and a somewhat tedious dev build that if the community chipped in with some incentive perhaps one of our vendors would create the feature. I’d be happy to donate my time to project manage.
