I want to share this article about the latest comparison of leading open source EHR systems.

It is a great achievement to get the top slot from a group that has done a transparent job of comparison based on functional and user performance.
However there is an affinity to promote another good product - OpenMRS - by leading US academic and healthcare institutions.
I had actively followed this pathway and especially from a developed country, Sri Lanka who has an enviable ranking of having one of the most cost-effective healthcare systems in the south Asian and Asia-Pacific region. When we were looking to adopt an open source EHR for Sri Lanka.
For our needs OpenEMR was the best and is the best even if I have to do it again in 2021.
