I recently subscribed to the Comlink telehealth module in OpenEMR, but I got an issue when I entered the ID and my address details it showed me the message " No credentials returned" and did not send me the email with the API keys and URL.can you please help me to sort things out?

The way the system works is this.
When the subscription is filled out the user is redirected to this page.

On this page, the user should enter their PayPal ID. The system checks that the PayPal ID is valid and has not been already registered in the system.
@Inshal_Sethi in your case. The PayPal subscription ID has not been used because I was able to get to the next page.
There is something going wrong with your iFrame. I can’t tell what from a picture. I can only share with you what is supposed to happen. If that does not happen, you will have to troubleshoot your local machine.
What should occur in the iFrame when the subscription registration is complete, the system should take the person to the credentials page to enter their facility information. All fields are required. No credentials will be returned by the Comlink system if any of the fields are missing or have been registered before.
I hope this helps. Try the credentials link from this page and enter your PayPal subscription ID there to get your credentials that you will have to manually enter into the system.

What did you put in the form? If you don’t mind sharing? The form has to be filled out completely with information that Comlink will accept or they won’t send back any credentials.
