Hi @puritan146 just your post so what you want to do first of all is to assure you set the paitent portal page then the next step would be to setup outgoing email SMTP assuring to set date and time and follow the below step.
If you alredey paid it will set automatcil in some of the parts assure that you copy and past the credationals details
