As shown on the ledger there should be a prepayment for a total of $2,101.99 but as seen only a total of $1,102.99 is showing.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be or is there an update the the Collections Report coming in 5.0.1?
This screen snippet is missing the other encounters that make up the total. It only shows 1 encounter balance and it’s detail entirely.
That is great to know. How do we get the rest of the details that are missing? When we run the report, we leave the default settings and select All. See attached image.
