one of our billers was in the collection and aging report. They had a lot of our patients on the screen in the report. They selected all. They meant to click the “export to csv” button but accidentally hit the “export to collections” button. Now all the checkboxes have been change to “IC” and she can’t select any of them or export them to csv. Is there a way to undo the export to collection button press?

I see that by remove the “in collections” part of the patient’s billing note changes it back. I think they are just removing that part as they go through the records now. I was boing to do a REPLACE in sql for them but they want to do it the hard way.
I may disable that button so they don’t press it by mistake again.
