Code review for Defaulting the provider

I took Sherwin’s Idea and this is what I came up with.
This looks at the encounter and if there is a provider assigned to it it uses that information, this would be an encounter genereated from the appoiment. If there is no provider in the encounter, a walk-in, then it looks to the patient file and gets it from there. I have tested it on two customers one that has 2 providers and one that does batching from nursing home rounds.
