I have created a module to send claims to my clearinghouse ClaimRev. The module will pick up your 837 file after it is generated and send it for claim processing. Then will download the 999/277 into the system.
You can then search for claims and check for errors within the module.
This module is still in development but the next stage will let you run real-time eligibility checks. It will watch for new appointments → send the eligibility check and then display those results under the patient.
