Changing facility location on top-right corner when printing layouts

Hi, whenever I try to print a layout, the address is always from one of the facilities’ address. I tried to change the facility and billing location of the encounter, but it always uses the address of one of the facility (I have to change the facility in order to change the address on the encounter, which then changes all of the layout’s addresses).

How to specify one address per facility when printing layouts.
