Situation
Hello! I am experiencing a problem where some elements are simply not changing. For example, when trying to change something in ‘Layouts’ section such as List box into something else, nothing happens. I click ‘save changes’, no errors pop up, no message pops up, but the changes are not made. This is not for everything, i have full admin rights to edit anything, some stuff works - some does not.

Yes. Spent countless hours trying to get ChatGPT 4.0 to fix this for me to no avail, all i got was ‘browser cache’ and ‘admin rights’.
Logs
I checked the logs and posted them for ChatGPT as a picture to which the language based model said there is nothing wrong with them. There are no errors in logs after making the changes.
I need to know if the changes such as changing certain things in layouts is even possible? Am i crazy for wanting to change ‘Patient groups’ from multiple selection to a List box?
