Also whether the label of a field could be above the “textbox or textarea” i fill with my data.

Hi,
The number of fields to be displayed in a row and the alignment of the fields can be controlled using the Label Cols and Data Cols fields in Edit Layout Screen.

Thanks

True but when i use different data types for my fields i cant get my fields to be in the same row. Could i have 12 fields in the same row regardless of the data types?

I did some work on this Demo to make Cervix Dilatation and Hodge descend of the Head show up in graph. Also changed the words of some Vitals and the Layout Based tab. Don’t get confused by the Double ans same options, it is just to see what give the best graph. For now I am leaning towards extra graph fields for Vitals. Would be great to have the two lines show in the same graph like Syst- and Diast- blood pressure in Vitals.
