I installed the Carecoordinator module to my OpenEMR.
I tested it with some example Cda,xml .
Now in want to upload a CCDA that is for the daily care of wounds.
There are some categories in open EMR but i thinck i have to create a new one for my Data Input.
I don`t now where i can find the code template from this categories.
Does somebody know where it is ?

Yes i followed this guide.
This is my xml. file.
I download this file as cda not as zip
So i dont have a .xsl just a .xml. I can upload it but in Open EMR i cant view any detail.
The categories are empty and when you click on the button “View Details” the site is empty,too
This is the .xml

Other examples like medication.xml are no problem.

there’s a fatal error in the php log
