Situation
I’m new to this and trying to help a Dr. move his clinical history database from a very old software over to OpenEMR. I’m able to create new patients, but when I try to modify the patient’s history and lifestyle, it doesn’t save my changes.

I’m using the newest version of OpenEMR

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 10 x64
Make sure that you have all the required fields filled out in demographics. They will show up in red.
Are you using an import script? It also might have to do with the script you are using.
Also, I highly recommend running OpenEMR on a Linux server, especially if it is available via outside the office.
If you can provide a screenshot blanking out any PHI (I use Inkscape), that will help the community figure out what might be wrong.
