I have tried all steps to change the password and salt from database but still can’t login. When i supply username and password, it will return “Invalid username or password”
Any help?
This sounds like install/setup didn’t complete. Most likely failed during gacl setup. Check php error logs.

I have a server with 32GB RAM, Windows Server 16, quad Xeon processors, SSD drives, Xampp 7.2.29 Apache 2.4.41 + MariaDB 10.4.11 + PHP 7.2.29 + Perl.
During a clean install. The system hangs at gacl. What can we do about this?

I’ve run across this in the past but never on Windows. The times i’ve seen this was permissions.
Any PHP errors?
Nothing in the event viewer that is related to the not loading the ACLs into the database. I ran the Xampp installer not the portable version of the program.
