Can't get portal to work - Says invalid username, but it's valid. See many screenshots

I setup the portal, (I’ve tried just about every checkbox on and off)

and notifications as pictured, (tried different email hosts)

I setup 1 fake user, Aaron A Arronson and whenever I try to login it
says “Something went wrong. Please try again.”

In the error logs it says: Aaron213:invalid username

In SQL It shows the username there just fine:

But in SQL it says there is that user.

I’ve tried resetting it many times in the user’s profile.

Any thoughts? Locally hosted.

You need to use the Login Username. Error shows the portal account name.

Thanks for the reply! I mean it!

When I login, I get the same error message in the portal, “Something went wrong. Please try again. ”

Now in the error logs it says: under login attempt:

_________gmail.com:allow portal turned off

In Admin > Portal “Enable Patient Portal” is certainly checked. I unchecked it, saved. Checked it, Saved.

Hi @Mort, you have to enable the portal per patient by editing in Demographics->Choices:
