Cannot login after changing path

Hi

I changed the webroot path in globals page. I tried to login but i get "Username/Password Invalid " message. My usrname/pwd values were correct.

pls help

In a Windows machine, username and password usually found in xampp\security\xamppdirpassswd.txt.
