Can OpenEMR be customized for Physical therapy practice?

After looking at the demo of the OpenEMR, I wonder if this EMR can be customized for the field of physical therapy. If it can be done, I am look for advise and possible help to set up openEMR for physical therapy practices. I would love to see an example where you have already done similar work.
