Hi, we are a group of experimental oncology clinics working on cancer vaccines, gene expression analysis, substance senstivity tests. It´s highly analytic, we want to be able to response to micro movements in blood work. From what Ive seen of Open EMR, the lab infomration is fairly basic, but do people feel the system can be adapted to have advanced graphing, analysis of blood work and also to include new function to hold information about healthy non cancer cells and cancer cells, such as mutations, up regulation of genes etc.

I think this can be done outside of openEMR if you enable remote access to your database.
Maybe we can share our ideas and get to a solution quicker.
