No matter if I create a new patient or open an existing one, I can not find where to enter in vitals (i.e. weight, height, blood pressure, etc.) Am I an idiot or is there some secret to getting this in? I have tried with admin, front desk, and physician
From within an encounter summary panel click the clinical tab and vitas should be listed there. Should be done as clinician or authorized user (Provider).
ah ok, I didn’t understand the whole “encounter” vs creating a new patient. Thanks.
